Hardwood or Engineered Wood Flooring

It is so true that Natural Wood floors are timeless.  Making a house a home is easy with the warm look and feel of Natural Wood Floors!  And the variety is endless! 

A home owner can choose from Sand and Finish, Prefinished Hard Wood and Engineered Wood.  With Sand and Finish you can pick the type of wood, grade (select, rustic or builder), width, natural finish or spice it up with a wood stain. The installer installs a unfinished floor, sands it smooth and stains it to a color that goes with your home, or maybe a natural look is what you want. 

Prefinished Hard Wood already has the stain and or finish, so installation is quick.  Engineered Wood is a great choice for Utah, because with Utah's hot and cold, wet and dry climate, with Engineered Wood there is less gaping, separating and surface checking. 

LVT & LVP

What's hot in Floor coverings? 

 LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) and LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank)!!!!  It is a water proof flooring.  Steam clean it, wet mop it or dry mop.  It will not swell, delaminate, buckle, nothing.   It can be glued down or locked together like a Laminate.  It looks like real wood, natural stone, and real tile!  Come in and see all the brands available, you will be amazed by ALL the choices!  You can get it in 8 ml, 12 ml, 20 ml and 30 ml.  For those DIY's this product is for you!  To make your cuts for the glue down product, score it with a utility knife and break.  So easy.  A pressure sensitive glue is troweled on the floor, let it sit for a few minutes and start laying!  The lock together is installed just like a Laminate.  Or have our awesome installers do it for you!  

Tile

Tile has and always will be a great, attractive and durable flooring.  

The tile choices for Shower and Tub surrounds, back splashes or an accent wall are limitless!  Want a wood look?  Get it in a Ceramic or Porcelain tile.  Choose from different size widths and lengths.  Get a classic look, go a little rustic or get a beachy weathered look!  Have our installers install it on a diagonal or parquet design.
